Apparently the cafe is fairly new so we hope they continue to thrive in the small community.

Stopped for a quick sandwich, but got so much more. Great Cafe find in Proserpine's town centre, tucked away next to Woolworth.

Had ordered a Blat sandwich and a Cajun Chicken burger, both served with chips, and the Blat was a burger style also with a house made signature 'blaze' Mayo. A nice touch of spice and after kick without constant burn.A fantastic serve, enough to keep one going through dinner also. Not open Sundays, however open into evening for early diners, they work a split shift on Saturdays.

This place is a bit of a gem for Proserpine. Great pizzas and other meals.

Great food and staff. We shared a burger and chips. Big enough for two and very tasty. Chips alone were so good. We will visit this place many more times while in the area for sure .

Faced with the bleak option of Proserpine breakfast options on a Saturday morning, we popped into the Blaze Cafe for some takeaway. After viewing the extensive menu, we opted to dine in and boy are we glad we did! Portion sizes were generous to say the least. The omelettes were fluffy and delicious and the Mick's Hangover was a winner. Coffee was good but not the best we've had.
