  They own the only two optometrist in a 60km radius and they refuse to participate {even 1 day a fortnight) on the pension glasses scheme. And being that Proserpine has a very large elderly population this is definitely a lapse in duty of care

  Bought expensive lenses, 12 months later scratched badly, returned to store and asked for them to replace lenses under warranty. After wearing these things for 60 plus years i know how to take care of them. These lenses were rubbish. Two weeks later my glasses arrived, they were handed to me and i was told how lucky i was to have them replaced no charge, and take care cleaning them.

  I persevered with these for about three months, to read i had to turn my head to the right so i went to OPSM in Nowra. At last i can read books etc etc and have no more problems.
