    wow what a horrible place to stay! julie has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever, shes incredibly rude i dont think she has a happy bone in her body. this place is advertised as pet friendly but apon arriving so she so rudely states that they arent allowed inside..so how is this pet friendly exactly? theres no carpets in the rooms from cyclone damage but you still have to pay full price, which wouldnt be an issue if julie actually had some manners. ill never stay here again and ill be spreading the word that others should drive somewhere else also. its not hard to smile and be nice to people.

    Stayed Just After the cyclone hit when everywhere else was trying to charge 3 times there normal price these guys kept there price standard showing there not Just it it for the money.. Friendly staff, rooms were a good size close to whats left of the town and id stay here again Just because of the hospitality. Cheers guys great work!.

    The room cleanliness is less than average. The owners /cleaners are unfriendly and loudly bicker early in morning. Needs coverings over the bathroom windows for privacy. Choose the Whitsunday Palms instead.
